Flow Reformer

Launching Flow Reformer from the ground up

Launching a new business takes more than opening the doors. It takes planning, consistent branding and creating excitement before anyone even walks through the door.

When Flow Fitness decided to transform part of their existing gym into a dedicated reformer Pilates studio, they wanted to build awareness, generate interest and create a brand that felt connected to the existing business while standing confidently on its own.

This project combined marketing, branding and signage to help bring Flow Reformer to life.

Building excitement before launch

A successful launch starts long before opening day.

Working closely with the team, I developed a marketing launch plan designed to build anticipation and introduce the new studio to both existing members and potential new customers.

This included creating and setting up the new Flow Reformer social media accounts, updating the existing Flow Fitness channels to reflect the new branding and running a series of countdown posts to generate excitement ahead of the official launch.

By making use of the established Flow Fitness audience, we were able to introduce the new studio to people who already knew and trusted the brand while also attracting interest from new customers.

Bringing the brand to life

While the marketing campaign was building momentum online, work was also underway throughout the studio to create a consistent experience from the moment people arrived.

The project included a wide range of internal and external branding, including:

  • Illuminated signage

  • Aluminium composite signage

  • Internal wall panelling

  • Acrylic wall signage

  • Interior wall graphics

  • Directional signage

  • Branded posters

Consistency across every touchpoint

One of the biggest challenges with projects like this is ensuring every part of the customer journey feels connected.

Whether someone discovered Flow Reformer through social media, visited the website or walked into the studio for the first time, the branding needed to feel consistent, recognisable and built for the future.

From the launch campaign through to the finished signage, every asset was created to work together and support the long term growth of the business.

Supporting the Brand Beyond Launch

Launching the studio was just the beginning.

Ahead of opening, I carried out a dedicated launch photoshoot to capture the new space, the equipment and the atmosphere, providing Flow Reformer with a library of content ready to use across their website and social media from day one.

Since then, our partnership has continued through ongoing social media management. As part of their monthly marketing plan, I regularly visit the studio to capture fresh photography and video during live classes. This keeps their content authentic, introduces new members to their audience and ensures their social media always reflects the energy and community within the studio.

Creating new content on a regular basis also helps keep the branding fresh, supports new campaigns and gives Flow Reformer a constantly growing library of photos and videos that can be used across their marketing.
